Terminal Maintenance Technician

About the role

APM Terminals at Tangier Med is seeking a motivated Technician to ensure the reliable operation of its container handling equipment. You will work closely with the Shift Engineer to perform maintenance, address breakdowns, and support safe, efficient terminal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, inspections, and monitoring of terminal equipment.
• Report emergency work and follow up with the Shift Engineer.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and equipment tidiness.
• Prepare and submit routine and critical inspection reports with accurate data.
• Act as interim Shift Engineer during their absence.
• Adhere to all safety rules, participate in safety walks, and contribute to zero‑accident initiatives.

Required profile

• Bac+2 degree in Maintenance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow company safety systems.
• Willingness to learn and take on additional related activities.
