Test Lead – Agile Testing & Automation

About the role

As a Test Lead you will join AXA GBS Morocco’s Transformation and Technologies department, which works with Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for guaranteeing the quality of applications delivered to clients and employees, coordinating testing activities, and acting as the guardian of the testing strategy within your scope.

Key responsibilities

• Identify project risks, define testing priorities and establish entry/exit criteria for each testing level.
• Coordinate test environments, platforms and tools to ensure smooth testing operations.
• Organise and lead testing activities, design and execute both manual and automated tests, and evaluate product quality.
• Develop, maintain and execute automated tests following standards, and document test reports, defect summaries and qualification results.
• Monitor testing KPIs and software‑quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor Test Engineers, support their daily activities and skill development, and lead process‑improvement initiatives within the Agile Tribe.

Required profile

• Engineering degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience testing enterprise applications in Agile environments.
• Rigorous, detail‑oriented with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Ray, Selenium and Web Services/API testing.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Git and SOAP.
• ISTQB certification (mandatory).
• Familiarity with testing mainframe applications (nice to have).
