UiPath Developer

About the role

The UiPath Developer role within AXA GBS Industrial Automation supports a flagship customer on the French market. It requires at least three years of hands‑on UiPath development experience and focuses on designing, building and maintaining end‑to‑end automation solutions while leading the migration of Blue Prism robots to UiPath.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes, assess automation feasibility and design scalable UiPath solutions in collaboration with business analysts.
• Lead the migration of existing Blue Prism automations to UiPath, redesigning workflows where necessary to ensure continuity.
• Develop, configure and optimise unattended and attended robots, reusable components and automation frameworks.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and communicate progress, risks and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Approximately three years of hands‑on RPA experience with UiPath, delivering multiple end‑to‑end projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and logical thinking abilities.
• Fluent French and good English communication skills.

Required skills

• UiPath Studio, Orchestrator and REFramework.
• Blue Prism (migration knowledge).
• C# and VB.NET programming.
• Excel with macros, SQL Server, Web Services, API integration.
• SAP, Mainframe, Citrix, PDF and image processing.
• Microsoft Windows and Internet Explorer environments.
