University Applications Manager

About the role

Stairway is seeking a University Applications Manager to guide Moroccan students through the international university application process. The role will focus on U.S. admissions during the upcoming cycle and later expand to European and other destinations. You will ensure each application is accurate, strategic, and submitted on time.

Key responsibilities

• Research universities, programs, admission requirements, scholarships, and financial‑aid deadlines to build tailored lists for each student.
• Maintain and update internal databases, guides, and application resources.
• Onboard students, explain required tasks, and monitor progress through each stage of the application.
• Assist students with online platforms such as the Common Application and university‑specific portals.
• Support preparation of financial‑aid forms, including the CSS Profile and university‑specific applications.
• Collect, translate, and upload transcripts, recommendation letters, certificates, and other supporting documents.
• Conduct final reviews to verify completeness, consistency, and compliance before submission.
• Provide post‑submission follow‑up, addressing additional requests from universities.

• Proactive communicator who can guide students and keep them motivated.
• Strong interest in international education and student mobility.
• Comfortable working with diverse documentation and digital application platforms.
