Validation Engineer – Intelligent Connected Access Systems

About the role

ALTEN Maroc is seeking an experienced Validation Engineer to lead validation activities for intelligent connected access systems in the automotive sector. You will work on vehicle entry, start, alarm and theft‑protection systems, ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and execute validation and test plans.
• Manage test campaigns, resources and vehicle availability.
• Monitor test progress, prepare validation reports and track open issues.
• Lead validation for connectivity access, start, entry, alarm and theft‑protection systems.
• Support hardware/software integration and validation on new releases.
• Ensure configuration and deliverable traceability using PLM tools.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to safety and quality compliance in line with automotive standards.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in automotive system validation.
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of functional safety processes (ISO 26262 is a plus).
