VCA Intern – Morocco

About the role

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is seeking a motivated intern to join its Morocco team for a full‑time semester. You will work alongside consultants to help financial institutions, fintechs and merchants solve business challenges through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and gather relevant industry insights.
• Analyze internal and external data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support consulting teams in developing recommendations and strategic solutions.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and Excel‑based analyses.
• Support hypothesis development, problem‑solving activities, and project delivery.
• Contribute to internal research, thought‑leadership initiatives, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with team members across different functions and markets.

Required profile

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Available for a full‑time semester internship or COOP program.
• Strong academic record with analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Students from Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, IT/MIS, Econometrics, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.
