Video Editor & Videographer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Video Editor & Videographer to join our Marketing team and bring the GODO brand to life through high‑quality video content. You will manage the entire production process, from concept development to final delivery, supporting social media, campaigns, events, and educational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Create Reels, short‑form videos, UGC‑style clips, promotional videos and brand films.
• Develop creative concepts from marketing briefs and translate them into compelling visual stories.
• Film office content, employee interviews, events, webinars and seminars.
• Apply strong pacing, storytelling, sound design, subtitles and motion graphics.
• Produce multiple versions of each piece for different platforms and audiences.
• Support monthly video content calendars and social media campaigns.
• Maintain consistency with GODO’s visual identity, colours and typography.
• Assist with influencer/UGC creator collaborations, including briefing, filming and editing.
• Repurpose long‑form webinars and seminars into short‑form social clips.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing short‑form social media content.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced marketing environment.
• Comfortable appearing on‑camera or directing talent when needed.
• Experience in finance, trading, fintech or financial services is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or similar editing tools.
• Experience using professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
