Webinar Specialist – French Speaking

About the role

WeLearn, a fast‑growing startup founded by former Google and Meta strategists, is looking for a French‑speaking Webinar Specialist to design, schedule and execute engaging online events. You will work remotely with a dynamic team, supporting creators and influencers in delivering high‑quality webinars.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement guidelines for conducting webinars.
• Select and set up the most suitable web‑conferencing platform.
• Create, maintain and execute a regular webinar schedule.
• Organise content, manage follow‑ups and ensure smooth delivery of each session.
• Collaborate closely with account managers to guarantee successful events.
• Partner with creators to plan and coordinate monthly webinar programmes.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in digital marketing.
• Strong time‑management and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours when urgent business needs arise.
• Positive, proactive attitude with problem‑solving skills.
