YouTube Content Manager – Social Media (Bilingual French/English)

About the role

We are seeking an analytical and creative YouTube Content Manager to drive growth and engagement across our French and English YouTube channels. You will work closely with production and editorial teams covering entertainment, gossip, pop culture, cinema, history, and geography.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end publishing workflow in YouTube Studio (uploading, scheduling, playlists, end screens, cards).
• Craft high‑CTR titles, compelling descriptions, tag strategies and collaborate on thumbnail concepts.
• Track performance metrics (watch time, CTR, audience retention, traffic sources) using Google Sheets/Excel.
• Manage community interactions, comments and posts to boost subscriber loyalty.
• Identify viral trends and benchmark competitors to propose high‑potential video topics.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in French and English.
• At least one year of proven YouTube channel management with measurable growth.
• Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
• Passion for entertainment, pop culture, cinema, history and geography content.

Required skills

• YouTube Studio (advanced proficiency).
• Google Sheets / Excel for data tracking.
• Basic Photoshop skills for thumbnail concepts.

What we offer

• Base monthly fee of USD 700.
• Performance bonus up to USD 300 per quarter based on KPIs.
• Payments made via ACH/Wire in two installments (15th and 30th of the following month).
