AI Creative Producer

About the role

HEKAYA, Morocco's first vertical drama platform, is launching an AI Creative Lab and seeks its first AI Creative Producer. You will conceive, generate, edit, and deliver short AI‑driven video ads that capture attention within the first three seconds and drive viewers to our short‑form series.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ad concepts and hooks based on dramatic conflict, cliffhangers, and twists.
• Generate cinematic vertical scenes with realistic AI characters, natural dialogue, and accurate lip‑sync.
• Edit vertical videos for pacing, sound design, and dynamic subtitles.
• Create multiple variants for A/B testing on Meta and TikTok and iterate using performance data.
• Help define tools, workflows, and standards for the AI Creative Lab.

Required profile

• Fluent in Darija (Moroccan Arabic) – hooks are written and performed in Darija.
• Proven mastery of AI video generation tools such as Kling, Higgsfield, Veo, Runway, or equivalents.
• Strong video‑editing expertise with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Instinct for storytelling – understanding why a hook works emotionally.
• Experience with paid‑social creative metrics (first‑seconds impact, hook rate, hold rate, variant testing).
• Highly autonomous – able to generate ideas and deliver ready‑to‑run ads.
