Access & Execution Manager – Market Access (Morocco)

About the role

The Access & Execution Manager will lead Pfizer's market access initiatives in Morocco, combining field‑based stakeholder engagement, account management, and strategic execution. You will work directly with sub‑national payer accounts to secure formulary inclusion, reimbursement, and optimal patient access for our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagement with public and private payers (MoH, ANAM, CNSS, HAS, insurers, hospital groups) and build lasting relationships.
• Develop and execute tailored access plans for priority accounts, segmenting them by potential and aligning strategies with national priorities.
• Support pricing and reimbursement negotiations, contribute to value dossier localization and HTA readiness.
• Identify access barriers, propose innovative solutions, and coordinate with the A&V Lead to achieve formulary inclusion.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, provide payer insights for strategic planning, and drive educational activities for payers and experts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare science or related field; Business Management degree is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, specifically market access and account management.
• Strong understanding of pricing, reimbursement processes, healthcare systems, and local regulations.
• Proven ability to engage external stakeholders and navigate complex payer environments.
