About the role
Yazaki, a Japanese supplier of wire harness, electrical and data products for the automotive industry, is hiring an Accounts Payable clerk for its Kenitra plant in Morocco. The role sits within the CFO Finance & Controlling function and covers invoice processing, data entry and compliance checks.
Key responsibilities
- Review incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies and country regulations
- Enter invoice data accurately into the financial system (SAP), assigning the correct cost centers and account codes, and match them with delivery notes, scheduling agreements or purchase orders
- Verify invoice information, obtain the necessary approvals and attach all required documentation before processing
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles and relevant regulations
Required profile
- Bac+2 diploma in finance, accounting or a similar field
- Internships in a similar area
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of accounting and finance
