About the role
Sea & Ports is seeking an Administrative Finance Assistant to support its Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. The role involves ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payment follow‑up, and proper reconciliation of customer and supplier accounts within a fast‑growing maritime logistics group.
Key responsibilities
- Send regular account statements to customers and suppliers.
- Follow up on customer payments, monitor overdue balances and prepare collection reports.
- Track receivables and reconcile supplier statements.
- Register and process supplier invoices in the accounting system, verifying accuracy and obtaining internal validation.
- Reconcile supplier accounts, manage credit notes and resolve disputes.
Required profile
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable or general accounting.
- Proven experience in invoice processing, account reconciliation and payment follow‑up.
- Familiarity with billing procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
