Agent(e) de qualification call center – Leads vendeurs

About the role

This position is focused on qualifying incoming seller leads for an automotive service. The agent will contact each new lead promptly, gather detailed vehicle information, and schedule expert evaluations.

Key responsibilities

• Call every new seller lead within the defined processing time.
• Qualify the vehicle over the phone: model, engine, mileage, history, accidents, and paperwork.
• Compare the seller's expected price with market references and adjust expectations during the call.
• Request vehicle photos via WhatsApp before arranging an appointment.
• Schedule the expertise appointment, send confirmation, verify attendance before the deadline, and reschedule if necessary.
• Handle non‑responses using the predefined follow‑up plan, ensuring no lead remains without a status.

Required profile

• Fluent in Darija and operational French speaking ability.
• Minimum one year of experience in a call‑center environment, including appointment setting, tele‑sales, and inbound call handling.
• Solid knowledge of automobiles: ability to identify model, engine type, price range and mileage.
• Fast and accurate data entry while on the phone.
