About the role
Join Mastercard’s Data & Services team as an Associate Consultant in the Launch Graduate Program 2024. You will work on strategic projects for global brands, leveraging data and technology to solve complex business challenges across industries such as financial services, retail, and hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate in small teams to address clients' strategic problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Build strong client relationships to understand business needs and guide impactful decisions.
- Participate in business development, account management, and product management activities.
Required profile
- Undergraduate or master’s degree with graduation between Dec 2023 and Aug 2024.
- Outstanding academic record and proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and French; Moroccan citizenship required.
Required skills
- Experience with data analysis or querying tools such as SQL, SAS, Excel or Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
