Airport Representative

About the role

Join Jet2holidays as an Airport Representative in Agadir, welcoming customers as they arrive and depart. You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth, memorable airport experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide essential transfer and holiday information.
• Act as the point of contact during flight disruptions, emergencies and customer escalations, ensuring care and on‑time performance.
• Assist customers throughout the arrivals hall and departures terminal, distributing welcome packs.
• Collaborate with transfer providers and support operations in the coach park to deliver a VIP experience.

Required profile

• Full right‑to‑work documents for Morocco (employment via local agent).
• Own accommodation in Agadir.
• Flexibility to work early starts, late finishes, split shifts, weekends and extended periods outdoors.
