About the role
Join Jet2holidays as an Airport Representative in Agadir, welcoming customers as they arrive and depart. You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth, memorable airport experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide essential transfer and holiday information.
- Act as the point of contact during flight disruptions, emergencies and customer escalations, ensuring care and on‑time performance.
- Assist customers throughout the arrivals hall and departures terminal, distributing welcome packs.
- Collaborate with transfer providers and support operations in the coach park to deliver a VIP experience.
Required profile
- Full right‑to‑work documents for Morocco (employment via local agent).
- Own accommodation in Agadir.
- Flexibility to work early starts, late finishes, split shifts, weekends and extended periods outdoors.
