Associate Field Clinical Liaison

About the role

The Associate Field Clinical Liaison supports orthodontists and general dentists across Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria. You will act as the clinical bridge between customers and Align Technology, ensuring case quality, troubleshooting issues and delivering education.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical support on case assessment, treatment evaluation, ClinCheck usage and troubleshooting.
• Investigate and analyse clinical inquiries, complaints and adverse events.
• Deliver targeted educational programs in partnership with Sales, Marketing and Customer Support.
• Supply feedback to R&D to improve products and services.
• Report product safety incidents in CRM systems.
• Conduct certification and education programs, including deep‑dive office visits.
• Manage speakers and Key Opinion Leaders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal French; good English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑growing international environment.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel independently for field visits at least 70% of the time.
