About the role

Royal Air Maroc, the Moroccan national carrier and largest airline in Africa, is looking for B737NG First Officers to join its team in Casablanca. The airline operates a network of more than 103 destinations with frequent flights to capitals across Europe, North America, South America, Africa, the Maghreb and the Middle East, with its main hub at Mohammed V airport. The position is offered through AeroProfessional, with start dates as early as Spring 2026.

Required profile

  • EASA or ICAO license
  • Ability to obtain a Moroccan work visa
  • Valid B737NG type rating with a minimum of 300 hours on type
  • ICAO Level 4+
  • Last flight recency within 90 days
  • Valid LPCL

What we offer

  • 5-year renewable contract with an excellent OTE
  • Block of 7 days off per month
  • Accommodation allowance
  • 24 days annual leave per year
