Bilingual Customer Service Agent (French/English)

About the role

We are seeking experienced bilingual customer service agents fluent in French and English to join our call‑center team in Casablanca. The role involves handling customer inquiries through chat, email and inbound phone calls, ensuring high‑quality support and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat, email and inbound calls.
• Provide accurate, timely assistance and resolve issues while maintaining service standards.
• Document all interactions in internal systems following company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate efficient problem resolution.
• Adhere to shift schedule covering 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written French and English (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a customer service, chat, email or call‑center environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and follow quality guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard computer applications.
