Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Specialist – English & French

About the role

IO Solutions Contact Center is expanding its team in Morocco and seeks bilingual Customer Service and Sales Specialists. You will interact with customers via chat and phone, resolve issues, recommend products, and ensure complete satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through chat and telephone.
• Diagnose problems, provide solutions, and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Promote and sell company products or services based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and French.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a passion for helping people.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, computer‑driven environment.
• Punctuality, reliability, and respect for scheduled shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software and call‑center tools.
• Problem‑solving aptitude and basic technical troubleshooting.
