Bilingual (FR/EN) Loyalty Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Loyalty Advisor to join our call centre in Casablanca. You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them with orders, deliveries and any issues they encounter.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from French‑ and English‑speaking customers.
• Manage order‑related queries, including placing, tracking, amending and cancelling orders.
• Provide personalized support throughout the order cycle and keep customers informed.
• Monitor delivery times and alert customers to any problems.
• Address complaints or incidents related to products or orders.
• Escalate complex cases to technical or logistics departments.
• Follow up until resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in a call‑centre or telephone customer relations (preferred).
• Good knowledge of telecom products such as boxes, SIM cards and subscriptions.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, active listening and stress‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask, meet objectives and prioritize tasks effectively.
