About the role
Join a leading call centre to provide premium support for a luxurious coffee brand. You will work night shifts, handling inbound calls, emails and chat in both French and English, delivering first‑level technical assistance and ensuring a flawless customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all customer interactions (calls, mail, chat) with professionalism.
- Represent and promote the brand’s image, products and services.
- Apply and communicate product procedures, sales conditions and legal obligations.
- Maintain security and confidentiality according to group policies.
- Provide level‑1 technical support and resolve customer inquiries.
Required profile
- Advanced command of French (C1) and English (C1), both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal communication and empathy.
- Customer‑oriented attitude with active listening.
- Ability to work night shift (13:00‑04:00).
Required skills
- CRM techniques.
