About the role

Our Agdal bookstore is a cultural hub for book lovers, students and the local community. We are seeking a warm, motivated team member to join us full‑time and help create an inviting environment for our customers.

Key responsibilities

Welcome customers and assist them in finding books.
Manage stock, shelving and in‑store displays.
Handle incoming book shipments and maintain a tidy sales floor.
Work two evening shifts per week, ending at 8 PM.

Required profile

Based in Rabat or nearby.
Genuine passion for books and reading.
Friendly, reliable and comfortable with customer interaction.
Organised and dependable.
Retail or bookshop experience is a plus, but not required.

Required skills

Customer service.
Stock management.
Basic merchandising.
