Business Development Executive - Marrakesh

About the role

Fresha, an AI-powered operating system for the beauty and wellness industry, is looking for a Business Development Executive to take ownership of growing its presence in Marrakesh, turning salons, barbershops, spas and clinics into Fresha partners. This is a remote position in Morocco, where the company is building its market from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and drive new business growth across the Moroccan market.
• Proactively reach out to key decision-makers by phone, email and social media, and respond quickly to qualified inbound leads to build a strong pipeline.
• Own the full sales process, from prospecting and qualification through product demos, negotiation and close.
• Understand each partner's needs and goals, position the right Fresha solutions and identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience and share insights on market trends and customer needs.
• Act as a trusted commercial point of contact for partners, building strong relationships.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of consistent results.
• Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms is highly desirable.
• Natural relationship builder who turns prospects into long-term partners.
• Organised, able to manage multiple opportunities and priorities; curious and eager to learn.
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic is desired.
