Senior Merchandiser - Textile & Fashion

About the role

Cross Seas CST Corp Morocco, a manufacturer of leather apparel and leather goods supplying international fashion brands, is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Merchandiser in Rabat. The role manages the end-to-end merchandising cycle for leather apparel and leather goods, from trend analysis and product development through production follow-up and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with design, production and sourcing teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international brand clients
• Prepare and present seasonal collections
• Monitor order status to ensure on-time, quality delivery
• Analyze sales and market feedback to inform pricing, assortment and margin strategies
• Ensure products meet brand standards and commercial objectives

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and retail within fashion, textiles or leather goods, with an understanding of merchandising and commercial performance
• Solid background in textile, fashion or leather product development and sourcing, preferably with international brands
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are an advantage

Required skills

• Knowledge of marketing principles and brand positioning in fashion, including trend and consumer insights
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholders, with strong organization and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in relevant office and merchandising tools, with strong Excel and presentation software skills
