About the role
The Account Manager for the Eastern Region will work within the CIH Bank branch to provide courteous and professional service to clients visiting the agency. The role focuses on delivering fast, reliable teller and back‑office operations while ensuring accurate information is communicated to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Execute teller and back‑office transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide reliable information in response to client inquiries.
- Enhance overall client service quality through attentive reception.
- Drive effective commercial actions during transaction processing.
- Manage operational risk associated with banking activities.
Required profile
- Minimum education: BAC+3.
- Strong client orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of rigor and organization.
- Ability to maintain close relationships with clients.
