About the role
The Fresh Products Department Manager will be based in a Carrefour hypermarket in Morocco and will report to the Store Director. The role is responsible for implementing the Group’s commercial policy within the fresh department and driving its overall performance.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and adjust the product assortment to meet market demand.
- Lead commercial activities such as promotions and marketing initiatives for the fresh range.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and all applicable regulations.
- Analyse sales, margins and consumable trends, and produce regular budgetary reports.
- Manage and develop the department team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
Required profile
- University degree equivalent to Bac+4/5.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Fresh Products Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial animation of assigned aisles.
- Strong performance‑tracking and reporting skills.
- Experience in managing human resources and conducting negotiations.
