Chef de Projet Construction Senior

About the role

As the guarantor of overall site success, you ensure alignment between the architectural vision, budget constraints, schedule adherence and the quality of finishes. You will lead construction, renovation and fit‑out projects from the study phase through to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive construction, renovation and fit‑out projects from design to hand‑over.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise all stakeholders including design offices, contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with budgets, contractual deadlines and quality standards.
• Act as the main interface between design teams, internal stakeholders and clients.
• Identify, assess and resolve technical, financial and scheduling risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) specialized in civil engineering, building or project management.
• 10‑15 years of experience in site management or execution‑stage project management.
• Proven leadership with strong relational skills across clients, architects and trade professionals.
• Excellent technical analysis ability and a keen sense of organization.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM methodologies.
• Competence in Revit.
