About the role
The Agency Nationale des Ports is seeking an internal candidate to lead the Captains Service, Security, Safety and Environment division at the Sidi Ifni Port. Reporting to the Director of Human Capital, the role is responsible for overseeing maritime operations, ensuring security and environmental compliance across the port facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Captains Service and coordinate vessel movements within the port.
- Ensure the implementation of security and safety protocols in line with national regulations.
- Develop and monitor environmental protection measures and sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare and present action plans related to the scope of the position.
- Collaborate with senior management to align port operations with strategic objectives.
- Supervise staff performance and conduct regular assessments.
Required profile
- Senior executive status (Cadre supérieur).
- Higher education degree in maritime studies (ISEM graduate or equivalent).
- Minimum of 18 months of seniority within the Agency Nationale des Ports.
