Client Manager – Global Network Banking

About the role

The Client Manager will act as the primary point of contact for multinational corporate clients within Citi’s Global Network Banking division. The role focuses on delivering a seamless client experience through onboarding, service coordination, credit management and ongoing relationship support.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with client representatives and support subsidiary, regional and parent account managers in origination activities.
• Identify and originate low‑complexity business opportunities and contribute to account planning and product initiatives.
• Manage credit requests, monitor credit lines and coordinate with internal teams to address exceptions.
• Own the end‑to‑end client onboarding process, from CRM request initiation to post‑implementation follow‑up and client training.
• Serve as the main contact for client escalations, coordinate daily operational flows and capture client feedback.
• Act as the designated KYC owner for an assigned portfolio, ensuring accurate client profiles are maintained.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in client management or a related role within the financial services industry.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage complex processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.

Required skills

• Product knowledge of cash management, trade finance, foreign exchange (FX) and credit solutions.
• Experience with KYC processes and client documentation.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for onboarding and client tracking.
