Clinical Provider – Telehealth (Freelance)

About the role

You will join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a freelance clinical provider, delivering 60‑minute video sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal growth. The role offers flexible business hours and can be performed remotely, with onsite work considered when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients.
• Address clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, etc.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Masters degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• Skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence‑based approaches.
• At least 300 clinical hours post‑master’s degree.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Prior experience in EAP, adult counselling, or managerial coaching is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite if required is a plus.
