Commercial Team Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Commercial Team Manager to lead our acquisition team in Rabat. You will be responsible for driving commercial performance, shaping strategy and coaching a small group of buyers in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 4–5 buyers, setting targets and monitoring performance.
• Manage daily acquisition operations with a hands‑on, strategic approach.
• Coach, evaluate and develop team members to maximise their potential.
• Track KPIs, analyse results and report to senior management.
• Shape commercial strategy, propose action plans and ensure targets are exceeded.
• Collaborate with buying, marketing and other commercial functions to deliver results.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in commercial or sales environments.
• People‑oriented with a proven ability to inspire, coach and empower teams.
• Results‑focused and motivated by measurable outcomes.
• Hands‑on attitude, working side‑by‑side with the team daily.
• Fluent in English (B2+) and conversational in Spanish or Portuguese (B1+).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
