Commis de Rang – Service Team Member

About the role

Join the renowned Ling Ling by Hakkasan restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Marrakech as a Commis de Rang. You will support the Chef de Rang in delivering the high‑standard dining experience that the brand is known for, working closely with a dynamic team in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Rang in all aspects of service delivery.
• Set up, maintain and replenish service stations before, during and after each service.
• Serve food and beverages in line with Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Ensure tables are impeccably set, cleared and reset throughout the shift.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally.
• Uphold cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards in all service areas.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage service is preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in French; English proficiency is an advantage.
