Communications Intern (Remote, Unpaid)

About the role

EarthEcho Communications is looking for a motivated Communications Intern to support its outreach and visibility initiatives. This remote, part‑time position lasts 3‑5 months and offers practical experience in an international development setting.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule social media content, including visuals and graphics.
• Support the organization’s Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts.
• Develop written materials in French and Arabic.
• Assist in planning and executing communication activities for ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related program.
• Strong writing skills in French and Arabic, with a good command of English.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a diverse, virtual team.
• Interest in gender equality, social justice, or development work.

Required skills

• Basic graphic‑design abilities using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with social‑media management tools and platforms.
