About the role
PROMAN Morocco is recruiting, for one of its clients, a Construction Manager based in El Jadida. The role covers monitoring and managing all site work, coordinating with the client and supervising electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil works.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all work on site
- Coordinate with the client through meetings and developments
- Ensure HSE compliance on site
- Supervise construction works (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil)
- Complete works according to the agreed schedule
- Attend walkdowns (construction and MC) to resolve punch items
- Prepare daily reports and project progress reports
- Follow up on installations and assist in commissioning
- Manage contractors' site activities and the relocation of site resources
Required profile
- Engineering degree, ideally
- 4 years of experience in a similar position
- Available as soon as possible
- Willing to relocate to El Jadida
