About the role

Inetum is seeking a Senior HR and Organization Consultant to support its clients in optimizing human capital and operational efficiency. The role involves leading end‑to‑end HR transformation projects for large groups, leveraging deep expertise in HR management and organizational design.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits of HR functions and map existing processes.
• Design target HR operating models, including classification, compensation, performance evaluation, and talent management frameworks.
• Lead organizational design initiatives, process re‑engineering, workforce sizing, and governance model definition.
• Produce diagnostic reports, scoping notes, and commercial proposals.
• Manage project delivery from inception to completion while respecting contractual commitments.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of successful experience, preferably in a consulting firm or within a large‑group HR/Transformation department.
• Master’s level education (Grande École, engineering school, or specialized master in HR/Management).
• Proven ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and mentor junior consultants.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate complex issues into actionable plans.
