Country Business Director – Power Tools

About the role

Robert Bosch Morocco is seeking a Country Business Director for its Power Tools division. Based in Casablanca, you will lead the business unit, driving growth, profitability and brand presence across the Moroccan market.

Key responsibilities

• Own turnover and profitability targets for the Power Tools business.
• Develop and implement market‑relevant strategies and activities.
• Ensure sales, customer and logistics service levels are met or exceeded within budget.
• Lead and develop local teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Maintain compliance with internal and external directives and provide central reporting.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Oversee supply‑chain parameters such as stock and costs.
• Drive brand penetration and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably as a Sales Director in the power‑tools industry.
• Proven P&L ownership, strategic planning and business‑management experience.
• Strong background in sales, marketing and business development.
• Experience leading large teams (15+ employees) and managing projects.
• Ability to operate in complex, international and multicultural environments.
• Previous experience in a multinational organization is highly valued.
