Country Head of Finance / CFO

About the role

We are looking for a Country Head of Finance (Legal Entity CFO) to lead the finance function for our Morocco sub‑zone, based in Casablanca. Reporting to the Country Head/Legal Entity CEO, you will act as a strategic partner and guardian of financial integrity within Siemens Healthineers, a global medical technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the finance strategy for the Moroccan legal entity, aligning with Zone Finance Management.
• Lead end‑to‑end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and controlling, including contract terms and financial viability assessments.
• Oversee capital structure, liquidity management and financial development in collaboration with shareholder controlling.
• Manage and coordinate corporate finance functions hosted in the country, ensuring service quality and effective collaboration with zone, regional and offshore teams.
• Provide decisive input on major business decisions and act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team.

Required profile

• Professional finance qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA) with extensive senior finance leadership experience.
• Proven track record in managing finance for a large, complex organization, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
