About the role

Arrow Global Components (AGC) is seeking an Italian‑speaking Customer Sales Representative to support its sales team in Casablanca. You will manage the full order lifecycle, from entry to invoicing and delivery, while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the Order‑to‑Invoice process, including order entry, backlog monitoring and on‑time delivery.
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers, providing after‑sales support primarily via email and occasionally by phone or chat.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales and Logistics to meet delivery targets.
  • Handle customer‑reserved inventory and respond to changes in customer requests.

Required profile

  • Fluent Italian (C1‑C2) and English (minimum B2).
  • Previous experience in customer service or order management.
  • Strong communication, coordination and customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
