Inside Sales Associate (English speaker)

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Associate who speaks English to generate new business pipeline for its cloud and SaaS portfolio. This role focuses on proactive outbound prospecting rather than reactive lead qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Generate demand through targeted outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn and calls.
• Engage both partners and end‑customers in consultative discovery conversations.
• Create and qualify opportunities for the field sales team.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders across target accounts using account‑based strategies.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound sales, SDR or inside sales within SaaS, cloud or IT.
• Strong prospecting capability including cold outreach and LinkedIn engagement.
• Commercial mindset focused on pipeline and outcomes.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
