About the role
Join LOGISTICS CLOUD as a Customer Service & Track-and-Trace Agent in Kenitra. You will be the main point of contact for clients, providing prompt answers to inquiries, monitoring shipment status, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between customers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from customers in a professional manner.
- Track shipments, update clients on delivery status, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, shipment data, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with logistics, customs, and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of service problems.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer satisfaction metrics.
Required profile
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in Arabic and French; English is a plus.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply‑chain environments is advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
