About the role
Quadcode, a fintech company delivering SaaS trading platforms, is looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused individual to join the team as a Customer Support Operator. You will handle customer inquiries via live chat and email, ensuring timely and professional assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via live chats and emails (no calls).
- Provide accurate information about the company’s products.
- Resolve cases in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the manager.
- Perform other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
Required profile
- Fluency in Arabic, French, and English (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.
- Customer‑focused personality.
- Great communication and analytical skills.
