About the role

Quadcode, a fintech company delivering SaaS trading platforms, is looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused individual to join the team as a Customer Support Operator. You will handle customer inquiries via live chat and email, ensuring timely and professional assistance.

Key responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries via live chats and emails (no calls).
Provide accurate information about the company’s products.
Resolve cases in a timely and professional manner.
Achieve quality and productivity targets set by the manager.
Perform other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

Fluency in Arabic, French, and English (written and verbal).
Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage.
Customer‑focused personality.
Great communication and analytical skills.
