About the role

The International University of Rabat seeks a visionary leader to head its School of Computer Science. Reporting to the Dean of the College of Engineering & Architecture, the Dean will provide academic and administrative leadership to advance education, research, and industry collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all administrative operations of the Computer Science school.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives, long‑term planning, and policy at college and university levels.
• Lead curriculum development, faculty affairs, student life, and institutional assessment.
• Manage the school’s budget, finances, and facilities planning.
• Foster partnerships with industry, foundations, and government organizations.
• Supervise faculty evaluation, promotion, and career development processes.

Required profile

• PhD in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Proven experience as an academic administrator with a track record of leadership.
• Strong commitment to research and teaching excellence.
• Dedication to equity, inclusion, and cultural sensitivity across university activities.
• Visionary outlook on the future of IT education and professions in Morocco and beyond.
