Directeur Commercial & Marketing – Luxe Hôtelier à Marrakech

About the role

The company is seeking a senior Commercial & Marketing Director to lead the sales and branding strategy of a luxury hotel brand in Marrakech. This executive will shape the international commercial agenda, drive revenue growth and enhance the brand’s presence across key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 360° commercial and marketing strategy targeting the USA, UK, France and GCC markets.
• Oversee brand management, communication campaigns and positioning to reinforce the luxury image.
• Lead revenue management and pricing initiatives to maximize profitability.
• Build and manage high‑performing, multidisciplinary teams across sales, marketing and brand functions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define long‑term growth objectives and market expansion plans.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of proven experience in commercial and marketing leadership within luxury hospitality or premium international brands.
• Deep understanding of international sales strategies, revenue management and premium branding.
• Strong strategic vision, innovative mindset and ability to inspire cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in French and English.
