Directeur Commercial & Marketing – Luxe Hôtellerie – Marrakech

About the role

The client is a luxury hotel brand seeking a seasoned Director of Commercial & Marketing to lead its growth in Marrakech and international markets. You will shape the commercial strategy, drive brand positioning, and oversee revenue optimisation across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute international commercial and 360° marketing strategies.
• Lead brand management, communication, and advertising initiatives.
• Oversee revenue management, pricing, and sales performance.
• Develop and nurture relationships in the USA, UK, France and GCC markets.
• Build, motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve ambitious targets.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of senior experience in Commercial & Marketing or Brand Management within luxury hospitality or premium international brands.
• Proven expertise in international sales, 360° marketing, branding and communication.
• Deep understanding of revenue management, pricing strategies and commercial development in high‑end hotels.
• Strong leadership, strategic vision and ability to inspire cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in French and English.
