Email & Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

Our client is seeking an Email & Content Marketing Specialist to design, execute and optimise high‑impact campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role combines email automation, lead‑generation funnel management, copywriting and landing‑page optimisation within a fast‑moving digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and launch email marketing campaigns, including automated nurturing, onboarding and re‑engagement workflows.
• Monitor and improve email performance metrics such as open, click‑through and conversion rates.
• Develop lead‑generation assets (guides, templates, checklists) and optimise capture funnels to increase conversion.
• Write compelling copy for emails, landing pages, digital ads and promotional materials while maintaining brand voice.
• Create, test and optimise landing pages using WordPress or similar CMS, conducting A/B tests on headlines, CTAs and layouts.
• Collaborate with design, technical and analytics teams to implement marketing technologies and track performance.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• Proven track record managing email campaigns and automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Strong English copywriting skills.
• Experience building lead‑generation assets and conversion funnels.
• Proficiency with Canva, Figma and basic HTML/CSS.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
• Fluent English communication, based in Casablanca or willing to relocate.
