English Tutor (Remote, Part-Time)

About the role

Flalingo is seeking freelance English tutors to deliver live, online lessons to children aged 4‑12. Working from home, you will help students worldwide improve their speaking skills using play‑based, interactive methods.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live, one‑to‑one or small‑group English lessons via Flalingo’s online platform.
• Design and deliver play‑based activities that develop speaking confidence.
• Track student progress and provide personalized feedback.
• Participate in the tutor community, sharing best practices and contributing to platform improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience teaching English to children (4‑12 years).
• Degree in English Language Teaching, English, Translation, or related field; teaching certificate preferred.
• Strong English communication skills and a patient, creative approach to child interaction.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, modern computer and a quiet home workspace.
