About the role
Join the team at Park Hyatt Marrakech, a premier luxury hotel in the heart of Morocco. We are looking for a dedicated professional to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination of events and exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Detailing group itineraries to align with client requirements and hotel capabilities.
- Managing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision and adherence to luxury standards.
- Overseeing on‑site event execution, coordinating with all hotel departments to deliver flawless experiences.
